We are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic HR professional to support our people operations and contribute to building a strong organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates.
  
• Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
  
• Coordinate orientation, induction programs, and training sessions.
  
• Support performance management processes and employee engagement activities.
  
• Handle HR queries, grievance redressal, and act as a bridge between management and employees.
  
• Assist in drafting HR policies, compliance documentation, and contracts.
  
• Coordinate with external consultants for statutory and compliance-related matters.
  
• Plan and implement initiatives for employee welfare, team-building, and retention.
  
• Ensure smooth communication across departments and maintain a healthy work environment.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 0–2 years of HR experience (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  
• Basic knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
