Team Managers Job Role:

• Managing a team of 5 to 8 Recruiter
• Handling 12 to 14 HR SPOCS
• Responsible for Team and self Targets
• Formulating the Sourcing Strategy, Identifying Potential Target companies
• Front Ending the assigned Client, and complete control of the Positions and Delivery Parameters
• Continuous Engagement with the Client for Position Understanding, Quality Metrics, Delivery Timelines, Offer Generated and Joinees
• Engage with the HR SPOCS and Have a Complete view of the Business Open Positions and our relative performanceManaging quality of Cv, Trackers & on time delivery self and Team Members
• Tracking of Operational / Transactional Data and taking actions continuously to Reach the Top Vendor Spot
• Generating More business from current HR spocs / STRONG RELATIONSHIP WITH HR SPOCSContinuous Monitoring / Tracking and doing Course correction to ensure 1required joinings each per Month for self & Team
• Streamlining Team Daily Plan , Plan Achievement, Daily CV Targets , Interview , Offers and JoineeSourcing Potential Candidates thru Portals, Professional N/W Sites
• Critical Skills Mapping, Profile Validation, Shortlisting, Interviewing and Writing Candidate Assessments
• Optimizing Sourced Candidate by effective Candidate Rotation across client requirementsAttending Client Review Calls / Meets, Handling Client Expectations & Grievances and Find Solutions to Recruitment challenges
• Continuous Mining and using New-age sourcing techniques to maintain a continuous resource Pipeline for Ongoing PositionsEffectively Maintain Drives Wise / Position-wise Trackers to effectively control the recruitment process ensuring optimum efficiency and Revenue

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Post Graduate with a minimum of 3 - 10 years of experience in Hiring, Recruitment, Client handling
• The candidates should exhibit extreme maturity, possess articulate skills , target oriented , passionate and should be able to connect with people across levels
