Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
• 4–6 years of experience in business development, growth strategy, management consulting, or a similar role
• Proven track record of driving business growth, launching initiatives, or scaling revenue-generating strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to guide decisions (Excel, SQL, or BI tools preferred)
