What we’re looking for

Business Development professional

What you’ll own

• Engage with mid to large-sized corporates across Hyderabad
• Lead conversations with finance heads and treasury teams
• Present our treasury capabilities, including our virtual CFO model
• Identify gaps, offer solutions, and drive closures
• Collaborate closely with senior partners and solution teams to onboard and retain accounts
• Build long-term, trusted relationships — beyond just transactions

What you bring

• 3–6 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or client-facing roles in financial services, fintech, banking, or similar domains
• A solid understanding of corporate structures and treasury needs
• Confidence in leading conversations with CXOs or senior finance professionals
• A go-getter attitude — independent, structured, and results-driven
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A growth mindset — eager to learn, unlearn, and evolve

Bonus Points If You’ve:

• Worked in capital markets, investment distribution, or treasury consulting
• Managed treasury mandates or handled financial product sales to corporates
• Navigated long sales cycles and know how to build trust over time
