What we want:

We are looking for a Business Development Specialsit with 0–1 year of experience, preferably from the AdTech industry. Prior experience in chat support or client servicing is a plus.

What You Will Do:

Support client servicing and/or chat process.
Maintain and prepare basic reports using MS Office.
Work closely with clients, ensuring accuracy in communication and reporting.
Coordinate with teams and assist in daily AdTech operations.
Be flexible to work during late evening hours.

Requirements

0–1 year of experience in the AdTech industry.
Prior experience in client servicing or chat support is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Good attention to detail and strong memory related to client data and numbers.
Proactive mindset with a go-getter attitude and technical inclination.
Willingness to work flexible/late shifts.
