Job Title: Business Development Specialist Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad We are expanding! An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Business Development Specialist within our fast-growing IT services company. With consistent year-on-year growth, we are now in the Malaysia market and looking for dynamic professionals to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist , you will play a key role in acquiring new clients and expanding our footprint across the region. Your focus will be on driving business growth by building long-term client relationships and offering tailored staffing solutions. Experience in the IT Professional services industry is an advantage , with a proven track record in managing models such as MSP (Managed Services Provider), and staffing for Captive/Product Development and System Integration clients. Key Responsibilities: Proactively generate leads and build a strong client pipeline in the Malaysia market Conduct market research, outbound calls, cold-emailing, and social media outreach (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to identify new business opportunities Meet daily targets for outreach and engagement Connect with decision-makers and key stakeholders in client organizations to understand their talent needs Present and promote IT staffing services to prospective clients, including MSP, and project-based hiring solutions Develop and nurture client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of client requirements Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for revenue and profit margins Maintain accurate records of business development activities and pipeline in CRM tools Ideal Candidate Should Have: Minimum 2-5 years of experience Prior experience working with Captive centers, product companies, or large system integrators is highly desirable Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Knowledge of local employment laws and recruitment compliance is a plus
