Direct Sales

  • Will be responsible for direct sales in India
  • Follow up on all leads (downloads) received from the website and other sources
  • Make online / face to face product demonstrations to all prospects and customers in all industry verticals in your territory.
  • Make proposals, price offers, negotiate, close deals in your sales territory
  • Searching proactively for new revenue generating opportunities to meet the company targets.
  • Participating in marketing events and attending sales meetings.
  • Manage resellers in your sales territory.
  • Work very closely with reseller following up on their monthly sales pipeline.
  • Provide all support to resellers in your territory to help them sell Symtrax’s software solutions.
  • Keep resellers informed of latest product releases, new product functionality and price updates, marketing information.
  • Search for, evaluate and sign-up resellers in your sales territory.
  • Update the share point/ CRM regularly with relevant account information.
  • Ability to understand customer business requirement and translate it into technical requirements as can be implemented by the respective teams

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferably from a Top Tier institute
  • 0 - 2 years' prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented with a keen interest in Technology.
  • Salary Proposition: Fixed 5L/year + Uncapped Variable based on revenue Generated
