Job Summary:

Bench Sales Recruiter


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market bench consultants (H1B, H4 EAD, GC, OPT, CPT, L2, and US Citizens) to prime vendors and direct clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
  • Source job requirements, understand client needs, and align them with consultant profiles.
  • Coordinate with consultants to prepare tailored resumes, conduct mock interviews, and guide them through the placement process.
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and ensure timely placement of consultants.
  • Maintain a database of vendor contacts and job requirements.
  • Keep consultants informed about market trends, interview feedback, and submission updates.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly submission/closure targets.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in

    US IT Bench Sales Recruiting

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    US Tax Terms

    (C2C, W2, 1099) and immigration statuses.
  • Good understanding of job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed) and social media recruiting (LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong network of vendors and direct clients in the US market.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with a staffing agency or consulting firm.
  • Existing relationships with vendors and clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving placement targets.
