Business Development Specialist

You will be the Business Development Specialist at Recykal, playing a crucial role in identifying, onboarding, and nurturing vendor and supplier partnerships to achieve business growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, optimizing key business metrics, and expanding the company's presence in the assigned territory. Your primary tasks will involve identifying and targeting new business opportunities through market research, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing vendors/suppliers, developing and executing plans to achieve sales targets, and expanding the vendor base. You will also be responsible for conducting negotiations with sellers and buyers to secure deals and agreements, focusing on key metrics such as GMV, Quantity, Margin Percentage, Category Mix, and the number of Active Sellers and Buyers. Additionally, you will provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. The ideal candidate for this role should have proven work experience in sales, with a minimum of 1 year in a business development role. You should possess in-depth knowledge of the territory topography, exceptional market research skills, strong negotiation skills, exceptional relationship-building abilities, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written, including regional language proficiency), proficiency in lead generation techniques, and strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.,
