You will be responsible for all photography needs at Darsh Designs, including product photography, candid shoots, editing, and managing the photo studio at the factory. Your role requires creativity, technical skills, and a passion for capturing visuals that reflect our brand's story. - **Photography & Shoots** - Shoot high-quality product photos for the website, catalogs, and e-commerce. - Capture candid and lifestyle photos of the team, factory activities, and behind-the-scenes. - Work on campaign and marketing shoots for launches, collections, and promotions. - **Studio & Equipment Management** - Set up and maintain an in-house studio at the factory including lights, backdrops, and equipment. - Ensure all photography gear is in good condition and ready for use. - Provide suggestions for upgrades or new tools to enhance efficiency. - **Editing & Post-Production** - Edit and retouch images consistently across all platforms. - Deliver final photos within the specified timelines (48 hours for product batches, 35 days for live shoots, 1 week for campaigns). - **Content Management** - Organize a digital library of photos for easy access by marketing and design teams. - Maintain proper backups and file storage monthly. - **Creative Contributions** - Share fresh ideas for shoots including themes, props, styling, and locations monthly. - Stay updated on photography and visual trends and incorporate them into the brand's storytelling. - Assist in creating short-form video content such as behind-the-scenes clips and reels. - **Teamwork & Coordination** - Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to align on creative direction. - Coordinate with models, stylists, and external vendors for larger shoots when necessary. - **Performance & Growth** - Ensure consistency and quality in delivered images. - Meet shoot schedules and editing deadlines. - Display creativity and originality in your ideas. - Proper handling of studio equipment and content library. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience as a photographer with a portfolio. - Strong knowledge of cameras, lighting, and editing software like Photoshop and Lightroom. - Basic video shooting/editing skills are preferred. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. - Residing in the DahisarVirar region for easy commute to the factory.
