Our course provides industry-relevant experience through real-world scenarios and mastery of essential analytics tools like Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, and Python. The curriculum is aligned with industry standards to meet market demands and employer expectations. Training is conducted through Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) and Project Lead-Led Training (PLLT) to ensure immersive and practical learning experiences. Role Summary:TTFA Academy, the skilling and upskilling vertical of TTFA Consultancy, is looking for a passionate Outreach & Partnerships Executive to drive student enrollment and build strategic partnerships with institutes and colleges. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a growth environment and enjoys communicating with people, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to bring impact at scale.Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect Outreach & Conversion:
  • Call and follow up with interested students or leads generated through campaigns.
  • Understand their learning goals and clearly communicate the value proposition of TTFA Academy courses.
  • Drive maximum enrollment conversions with a consultative approach.
  • Lead Generation & Institutional Partnerships:
  • Identify and initiate conversations with colleges, universities, and educational institutes for partnerships and bulk training opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote TTFA Academy programs.
Collaboration with Marketing Team:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality, targeting, and messaging based on feedback and conversion insights.
  • Suggest campaign ideas and content hooks based on conversations with prospects and partners.
  • Reporting & Feedback Loop:
  • Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate call logs and conversion data.
  • Provide regular feedback on lead quality and student behavior to help improve campaign targeting.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; background in business development or education sector is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English & Hindi).
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, B2B/B2C outreach, or ed-tech sales is preferred.
