We're growing fast—and looking for a Business Development Executive who can help us open new doors, pitch ideas that win hearts (and budgets), and build long-term client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Lead Generation:

   Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients—startups, D2C brands, founders, and marketing teams

• Outreach & CRM:

   Manage inbound and outbound sales efforts via LinkedIn, email, and relevant platforms. Track leads via CRM tools

• Pitch & Proposal Creation:

   Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to build decks, proposals, and case studies that close deals

• Client Discovery & Consults:

   Conduct intro calls, understand client needs, and position our services effectively

• Market Research:

   Stay updated on trends in branding, content marketing, video production, and social media

• Growth Experiments:

   Test new outreach channels, refine messaging, and help scale what works

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have 1–2 years experience in business development, sales, or account growth (preferably in media, marketing, or creative services)
• Are a natural communicator who loves connecting with people and spotting opportunities
• Can write strong, clear outreach emails and pitch messages
• Are organized, self-driven, and know how to follow up without being annoying
• Are curious about marketing, design, video content, and storytelling
• Bonus: You’ve worked at a creative agency or have experience selling media/production services
