The Opportunity

What You’ll Do

Take full ownership of the sales process — from prospecting to closing deals
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers across industries
Pitch our diverse creative services with passion, energy, and precision
Collaborate closely with creative, production, and strategy teams to develop tailored proposals
Explore new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships that fuel growth
Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Represent PickleMonk Media at industry events, conferences, and networking meets

What You Bring

4+ years of experience in sales/business development at an advertising, digital media, creative, or production agency
Proven success in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation
Strong understanding of creative services — from content creation and design to branding and digital marketing
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
A strategic, consultative approach to selling, with a creative edge
Based in Chennai and open to working from our office
