Company Description STRS hospital solutions is pioneer in giving end to end healthcare solutions to different domains in the hospital.We are currently present in eastern and Western India . We are looking for a RTT(radiotherapy technologists) or Anyone having atleast 1-3 years of work experience for sales & application support to represent one of the leading global OEM’s in the SGRT domain. The objective is to enhance user base in the radiotherapy domain as well as providing applications support to the existing & new installations, on a need basis. Individuals would be working closely with the end users of radiotherapy departments; build & win mind share for SGRT at private as well as government institutions. Hence, the candidate with an experience of working in radiotherapy clinical modality would be preferred. Individuals with existing network with the community as well as with a passion to grow, learn & a zeal to travel across India to grow the SGRT & business for allied products for radiotherapy, are welcome to apply. There would be a need/expectation to stay or, overnight travel at times. Candidates based in Western region of the country are preferred. Customer Support: Providing onsite, telephone and remote support for our customers for range of products. Key Responsibilities will include Work closely with existing customers to provide expert support and assistance in clinical utilisation. Close liaison with key customer sites to develop clinical protocols and to support the clinical adoption and development of new applications. Liaise with Research & Development to provide product feedback and recommendations for future improvements. Attend exhibitions and provide product demonstrations. Assist sales with product demonstrations at customer sites. Coordinate or lead customer and/or employee training classes. May also conduct group presentations at seminars, training programs, and trade shows. Assist in creating support training information in the form of workflows, user guides, e-learning courses.
