Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a RTT Sales cum Application Specialist to provide sales support, customer support for the company product range in a wider Radio-Oncology environment:

 

We are looking for a person with sales background & should have an experience of selling medical equipment,preferably in radiotherapy & radiology field with atleast 1-3 years of work experience.Indiviual woild represent one of the leading global OEM’s in the SGRT domain. The objective is to enhance user base in the radiotherapy domain


Individuals would be working closely with the end users of radiotherapy departments, build & win mind share for SGRT at private as well as government institutions.. Individuals with existing network with the community as well as with a passion to grow, learn & a zeal to travel across India to grow the SGRT & business for allied products for radiotherapy

Key Responsibilities will include

  • Work closely with existing customers to provide expert support and assistance in clinical utilisation.
  • Generating sales and business development activities
  • Close liaison with key customer sites to develop clinical protocols and to support the clinical adoption and development of new applications.
  • Liaise with Research & Development to provide product feedback and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Attend exhibitions and provide product demonstrations.
  • Taking care of sales with product demonstrations at customer sites.
  • Coordinate or lead customer and/or employee training classes. May also conduct group presentations at seminars, training programs, and trade shows.
  • Assist in creating support training information in the form of workflows, user guides, e-learning courses.
  • Provide phone support to customers and colleagues on the clinical operation of the systems.
  • Provide backup support in other regions as and when required

Essential skills & experience

  • Working in Radiotherapy
  • Ready to explore sales and business development activities
  • Comfortable interfacing with clients and other stakeholders at all levels of their organization
  • Results orientated with a “can do” attitude, highly motivated and strong work ethics
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with both internal and external customers and suppliers
  • Excellent customer facing and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications/ Windows
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross functional team
  • Educated to Bachelor’s Degree level, or equivalent qualification in Radiotherapy.
  • Good English


Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • SGRT


*This role involves significant fieldwork, with up to 80% of the time spent travelling to various hospitals and potentially to assigned locations of India.*
