Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Nagpur. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, conducting market research, engaging in customer service, and analyzing business opportunities. Daily tasks will include identifying potential clients, executing outreach campaigns, maintaining client relationships, and reporting on market trends and insights.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for identifying business opportunities and analyzing market trends
• Excellent Communication skills for effective client interactions and team collaboration
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Customer Service skills to maintain and build client relationships
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Have Good Technical knowledge
• Knowledge about Drafting Technical documents & Qutations
