Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic BDE to join our team. The role will play a key role in our business development activities, focusing on vendor and channel partner onboarding, as well as contributing to our overall growth strategy. The ideal candidates will be proactive, strategic thinkers, and eager to learn.This role involves 50% office and 50% field work. Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to Clients and vendors to establish and maintain relationships. Source new Clients through cold calling and other outreach methods. Onboard new vendors and channel partners, ensuring a smooth integration into our network. Develop and implement new strategies for business development and market expansion. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential market opportunities. Provide feedback and insights on vendor performance and market trends. Support various marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and vendor engagement Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong analytical skills Experience in lead generation and market research Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and organized Highly motivated and eager to learn Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus Background in architecture, engineering, or construction is beneficial Must have Bike+DL Work Location - Bangalore, HSR Layout Immediate joiners.
