About the Role:

Business Development Specialist

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales of our communication solutions.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, and digital marketing space
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by offering tailored communication solutions
• Generate leads via outbound calls, LinkedIn, emails, and networking
• Conduct product demos and explain the value proposition of our messaging services
• Negotiate deals and close sales with B2B clients
• Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
• Stay updated with platform policies (Meta, telecom providers, etc.) and competitor offerings
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience (1–3 years)

  in business development/sales specifically in

  WhatsApp Business API, SMS marketing, RCS, or related marketing platforms

• Strong understanding of messaging platforms, customer engagement, and digital campaign strategy
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets
• Strong CRM skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
