Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and maintaining customer relationships. Daily tasks include lead generation, analyzing market trends, and developing strategic business plans. The role also involves communicating with clients to ensure excellent customer service and sustained business growth. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities Excellent Communication skills and Service experience Proven experience in Lead Generation Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans Exceptional organizational and time management skills Self-motivated and ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the digital marketing or ORM industry is a plus Other Details: Location: Remote Experience: Min 1 year in the Business Development Salary Range: Upto 30K plus Incentive ( upto 25% commission on sales ) Must-have qualifications: Proven experience in lead generation Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in business development 1-3 years of experience in business development Must be located in India Preferred qualifications: Strong analytical skills and market research abilities Excellent communication skills and service experience Experience in the digital marketing or ORM industry Exceptional organizational and time management skills Self-motivated and ability to work independently and remotely Proficiency in English Comfortable working in a remote setting Ability to start immediately
