Role Overview As an International Telesales Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to qualified leads, engaging prospects, and promoting our training and development solutions. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to international leads provided by the company. Engage with prospects, present our services clearly, and answer queries effectively. Identify client needs and recommend suitable training programs. Follow a structured sales process to convert leads into enrolled participants. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality. Requirements Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales (international calling preferred). Must have 06 to 1 Years of experience in international callings. Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Comfortable working with targets and deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Tech-savvy with CRM or call management software knowledge (preferred). Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude.
