About the Role:

AGM - P2P


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

    Drive P2P sales for new/existing molecules, secure new clients, and expand market reach.
  • Client & Alliance Management:

    Act as the primary commercial contact, ensuring long-term relationships and compliance resolution.
  • Operational Leadership:

    Oversee PO-to-dispatch processes, collaborating with SCM, QA/QC, R&D, and IP teams.
  • Portfolio Strategy:

    Manage product launches (including patented molecules) and align with market demands.
  • P&L Ownership:

    Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost optimization.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s in Pharmacy/Life Sciences/Business (MBA/MSc preferred).
  • Experience:

    10 + years in

    P2P, B2B Sales, or Operations

    (Pharma/Biotech background ideal).
  • Skills:

    Strategic leadership, stakeholder management, financial acumen, and customer-centric approach.
