Business Development Specialist


Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales

    : Execute a minimum of 110 calls weekly to prospective customers, aiming for a close rate of at least 25% on qualified leads.
  • Lead Management

    : Nurture inbound and outbound leads through the full sales funnel, from discovery calls to objection handling and closing.
  • Client Engagement

    : Build strong relationships with potential clients, identify their needs, and showcase CloudHire’s value proposition.
  • Performance & Reporting

    : Consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs, maintain detailed records in the CRM, and share actionable market insights.
  • Collaboration

    : Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine the B2C sales strategy, and contribute best practices for team success.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven track record in sales-driven roles, preferably from B2C, SaaS, or ed-tech environments.
  • Experience selling packages priced between ₹8,000–₹10,000 INR highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Resilience in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Self-motivation, target orientation, and KPI focus.


Compensation & Growth

  • Salary Range: ₹4.8–6.5 LPA + Commission
  • Attractive commission structure, enabling On-Track Earnings (OTE) of ₹11–12 LPA for consistently meeting targets.
  • Fast-track to US SaaS sales roles (30LPA OTE) after 6 months of on-track performance.
  • Performance-based incentives and clear career growth pathways.


Work Environment

  • On-site role at Hyderabad, Telangana

  • 6-day work week

  • Timing: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
