We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for prospecting, managing client relationships, and handling the end-to-end client lifecycle from inbound leads. Role and Responsibilities: Sales Expertise : Specialize in digital marketing sales, including Instagram marketing and lead generation packages. Lead Generation : Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator effectively to generate leads and manage inbound leads through the sales funnel. Client Lifecycle Management : Manage the sales process from initial prospecting to quotation, negotiation, and client onboarding. Client Consultation : Understand client business needs and explain digital marketing solutions that align with their goals. Proposal & Quotation : Draft well-structured proposals and quotations, negotiate effectively, and close deals. Client Relationship Management : Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business opportunities. Tool Knowledge : Understand the basics of AI tools, WhatsApp automation, and digital marketing tools for client communication. Be able to explain these to clients effectively. Good with Numbers : Track sales KPIs, maintain client records, and ensure proper documentation of all communications and contracts. Strong Negotiation Skills : Negotiate effectively with clients to close deals and ensure both client and company interests are met. What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing sales, with a focus on lead generation and performance marketing. Strong understanding of LinkedIn and expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation. Experience managing inbound leads and converting them into long-term clients. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain digital marketing strategies and tools to clients. Good with numbers, able to track KPIs, and analyze sales data to improve results. Proficiency in negotiation and closing deals. Basic knowledge of AI and other digital marketing tools for client understanding.
