Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Vadodara. In this role, you will focus on generating leads, conducting market research, and building strong client relationships. Qualifications Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously Strong analytical and market research skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS product selling or enterprise solutions Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management Excellent communication and presentation skills , both written and verbal Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships Negotiation and deal-closing skills with a proactive, goal-oriented approach Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and MS Office/Google Workspace Knowledge of the technology/SaaS sector and understanding of B2B sales cycles is a plus Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment At Alendei Platforms, we’re building the future of communication technology, and we want passionate people like you to be part of the journey.
