Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to be a part of our Cybersecurity / Security Testing Sales team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT service sales or BFSI sales and be capable of engaging decision-makers across mid-sized regulated entities (banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and insurance firms).

This role involves lead generation, consultative selling, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and build a qualified lead list of mid-sized regulated entities across BFSI, fintech, and technology sectors.
Drive end-to-end sales for Accessibility Testing Services outreach, demo coordination, proposal discussions, and closures.
Develop a strong understanding of accessibility testing, compliance standards (WCAG, ADA, etc.), and value propositions.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align client needs with service capabilities.
Represent StrongBox IT in client meetings, events, and webinars as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2 - 4 years of experience in IT services, cybersecurity, QA, or BFSI solution sales.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and corporate outreach.
Ability to engage CXOs and decision-makers with confidence.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
