At Serenico Labs, we’re driven by creativity, innovation, and excellence. We’re now looking for a passionate Business Development Executive who can help us expand our client base and strengthen our global presence.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional with a strong background in gaming or IT sales. The ideal candidate will manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to client acquisition and account management. This is a client-facing role, requiring excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written) to engage with domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms, networking, and outreach.
  • Manage end-to-end sales, including pitching services, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with gaming clients (India & abroad).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and partnership opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records, prepare reports, and track performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. (not mandatory)
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the Gaming or IT industry (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of handling end-to-end sales cycles — from lead generation to deal closure (mandatory).
  • Exceptional English communication skills (spoken and written) — must be confident in international client interactions (mandatory).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in exploring new business opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
