About the Role: We are looking for a Business Development & Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, manage a growing sales team, and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building client relationships and high-performing teams. Key Roles & Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B clients. Plan and execute effective sales strategies to meet targets. Manage inbound and outbound sales activities (calls, emails, walk-ins, exhibitions). Represent WeMee at industry events and client meetings. 🔹 Team Management & Leadership Manage and lead a team of sales executives. Assign tasks, set sales goals, and monitor team performance. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. Encourage team bonding and build a collaborative, high-energy work culture. Ensure timely team reporting and maintain clear communication with upper management. 🔹 Client Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Negotiate deals, close contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding. Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, operations) for smooth delivery and execution. 🔹 Reporting & Analysis Track sales performance through CRM and internal tools. Analyze sales data to optimize strategies. Share regular performance reports with management. Skills & Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Gifting / Client Servicing. Proven team handling or leadership experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Knowledge of CRM and MS Office tools is a plus. Self-motivated, result-driven, and a natural team leader.
