Paradyne is a 28-year-old Indian OEM manufacturing high-quality Online UPS, Line-Interactive UPS, and Static Switches for Government, PSUs, Defence, and Corporates. With ISO-certified manufacturing and strong presence on GeM, we are growing our nationwide channel and marketing operations.Role FocusYour primary responsibility will be managing dealers, onboarding new partners, and helping convert inquiries into orders.Key Responsibilities– Identify, contact, and onboard new dealers & distributors pan-India– Maintain regular communication with existing dealers– Share catalogues, pricing, authorization letters, and product details– Take follow-ups on inquiries and push for order conversion– Assist dealers in GeM registration, OEM authorization, and category onboarding– Maintain dealer CRM with updated data, lead status & activities– Track dealer orders, target progress, and pipeline– Coordinate with the Sales/Marketing head for pricing, proposals, and approvals– Handle dealer queries related to products, categories, and service support

Required Skills
