You will create detailed Technical Specification Documents (TSDs) outlining data layer variables, tagging logic, and success criteria for development teams. Your responsibilities include configuring and managing tags, rules, events, and variables in Adobe Launch to capture critical user interactions across web, mobile web, and app environments. You will review and validate implemented data layers to ensure alignment with approved TSDs and data collection best practices. Thorough testing and debugging using tools such as Chrome Developer Tools, Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, Charles Proxy, or ObservePoint will be conducted to ensure data accuracy. It is essential to monitor and troubleshoot data discrepancies or issues in tag firing, and work with cross-functional teams for timely resolution. Ensuring tagging implementations are compliant with BFSI-specific data privacy and regulatory requirements, including PCI DSS, GDPR, and CCPA, is a key aspect of your role. You will document tagging strategies, configurations, and validation processes for internal audits and ongoing optimization. Staying up to date with Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities, including Adobe Web SDK and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), is necessary. You will lead project management efforts for analytics implementation workstreams, including scoping, timeline planning, task assignment, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery across multiple teams.
