Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Research and identify potential clients across industries using LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Apollo.io, and other lead databases.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead data, company information, and contact details.
  • Segment prospects based on geography, business vertical, and service relevance.
  • Qualify leads through research and initial outreach, preparing them for the sales pipeline.
  • Outbound Marketing Activities
  • Assist in crafting targeted outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and cold messages).
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align outbound content with campaigns and brand tone.
  • Track and measure campaign performance, including open rates, response rates, and conversions.
  • Create basic marketing collaterals or presentations to support outreach activities.
  • Sales & Client Coordination
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
  • Schedule discovery calls, demos, or client meetings with Business Development Managers.
  • Participate in internal review sessions to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Follow up with prospects and assist in maintaining consistent communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Market Research & Strategy Support
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the tech and consulting space.
  • Prepare weekly reports summarizing lead progress, market insights, and conversion analytics.
  • Contribute ideas to refine sales strategies and marketing positioning for specific verticals.
  • Administrative & Reporting Tasks
  • Maintain proper documentation of outreach activity, lead status, and sales funnels.
  • Prepare daily or weekly progress updates for internal review meetings.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Marketing, Tech, HR) for cross-functional support when required.
