Job Description

As a Business Development Manager specializing in IoT solutions, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients across various sectors. You will develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Your role will also involve delivering compelling product presentations and software demonstrations to potential customers, staying updated on industry trends, and competitor activities in IoT and software solutions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction will be crucial. Additionally, you will prepare proposals, quotes, and negotiate terms with clients while collaborating closely with technical and product teams for seamless solution implementation. Tracking and reporting sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback will also be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 2-8 years of sales experience, preferably in IoT solutions, SaaS, or Solar. A strong understanding of IoT, cloud-based platforms, and smart automation technologies is essential. You must have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. The ability to explain technical solutions in a simplified manner, experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms, and willingness to travel for client meetings and business development are key qualifications required.
