Job Title: Business Development Manager (Logistics) Location: Nirman Vihar Delhi Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Head – Sales / Regional Manager Experience: 5–7 Years (Logistics/Transport/3PL preferred) --- Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our logistics company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales and account management strategies. --- Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. * Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and industry events. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships. * Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and potential clients. * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. * Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, pricing, etc.) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. * Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company policies and profitability targets. * Provide regular reports on sales activity, forecasts, and pipeline status to management. --- Key Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. * Proven track record of business development or sales in the logistics/supply chain sector. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Strong understanding of logistics solutions including transportation, warehousing, and 3PL services. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets. * Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. * Willingness to travel as required. --- Preferred Qualifications: * MBA in Sales/Marketing or Logistics Management. * Knowledge of domestic and international logistics operations. --- Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Employment Type: Full-time ---
