Advise clients on product selection, styling combinations, and fast-moving designs to suit their customer base. Sales & Order Generation Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in terms of value and quantity. Upsell and cross-sell to maximize average order size. Prepare accurate sales orders ensuring clarity in product codes, sizes, and quantities. Follow up with clients for repeat orders and build long-term business relations. Stock & Inventory Management Maintain updated knowledge of available stock across SKUs, sizes, and categories. Ensure display samples are neat, tagged, and replenished on time. Coordinate with warehouse/fabric cutter team for smooth order fulfillment. Track fast-moving and slow-moving items and report to management for stock planning. Market & Trend Awareness Stay updated on current fashion trends in men’s ethnic wear. Observe retail owner preferences and provide feedback to the design and production team. Share competitor insights, pricing strategies, and product demand patterns. Customer Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing retail clients. Handle client queries, complaints, or adjustments professionally. Assist in building a loyal client base by providing after-sales support. Reporting & Coordination Provide daily/weekly updates on sales, stock, and client visits. Coordinate with the accounts team for billing and payment follow-ups. Support in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing activities when required.
