Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and dynamic Logistics Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on acquiring new logistics clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting our logistics services to Manufacturer, Reseller, E-commerce, Companies etc—including  Door to Door, transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of logistics operations, a proven sales track record, and excellent interpersonal skills. Key Roles and Responsibilities·         Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector. ·        Conduct field visits to potential and existing clients to present company services and solutions. ·        Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. ·        Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. ·        Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. ·        Understand client needs and tailor logistics solutions accordingly. ·        Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. ·        Address client inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues promptly ·        Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands. ·        Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management. ·        Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools. ·        Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. ·        Coordinate with internal departments to create customized logistics solutions for clients. Requirements:·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. ·        2–5 years of field sales experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain services. ·        Strong knowledge of logistics services, pricing, and market dynamics. ·        Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. ·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ·        Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
