We’re Hiring: Logistics Executive – Mumbai (Onsite)

We’re looking for a Logistics Executive who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to handle high-volume operations with precision and accountability.

📍 Location: Malad, Mumbai

🕒 Experience: 1–3 Years in Logistics / eCommerce / Supply Chain

📦 Type: Full-Time | Onsite

💰 Salary Package: ₹3.6 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA (based on experience)

🔧 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Track daily orders and handle escalations

Manage pending and fulfillment orders across platforms

Coordinate last-mile delivery and NDR/RTO resolution

Work with internal teams and courier partners for smooth operations

Maintain reconciliation records and support KPI tracking

Draft SOPs and streamline post-purchase experience

✅ What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years experience in logistics or operations (preferably in eCommerce)

Strong communication & coordination skills

Basic Excel proficiency and an eye for process optimization

Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a dynamic setup
