Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Digital Marketing Executive with a strong command of Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and Google Ads for lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing ad campaigns, with a deep understanding of marketing funnels, audience targeting, and campaign analytics. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid lead generation campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. Set up and manage campaigns including ad copy, creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and tracking. Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven decisions to improve KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.). Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages. Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable reports to track ROI and conversion rates. Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment of messaging and goals. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads for lead generation. Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, UTM parameters, and audience retargeting. Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver measurable results. Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Tag Manager. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). Preferred Skills: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce). Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization.
