As an IT Business Development Executive (BDE) - Fresher at our company, you will be a crucial part of our team, focusing on IT sales, business development, and client management. Your role will involve working closely with the sales and marketing team to identify new business opportunities, pitch services, and cultivate strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential leads and business opportunities on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc. - Draft, submit, and manage proposals for IT projects. - Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. - Maintain and update client databases and CRM tools. - Assist senior team members in managing ongoing projects and client accounts. - Stay informed on digital marketing terms, IT services, and current market trends. - Preferably have familiarity with using tools like ChatGPT for drafting proposals or communication material. Qualifications Required: - Basic knowledge of freelancing platforms or prior freelancing experience. - Familiarity with ChatGPT and basic digital marketing terminology (SEO, PPC, lead generation, etc.). - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude. - Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
