Role Description

Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet business goals and drive growth.
  • Create, optimize, and manage high-quality content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, apply SEO best practices, and monitor website performance to improve organic search rankings.
  • Lead and manage Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and PPC campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI and performance.
  • Analyze and report on campaign metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators and designers, to produce compelling marketing materials and strategies.
  • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience (up to 4 years) in digital marketing, particularly with IT companies or related industries.
  • Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other PPC platforms.
  • Strong content writing skills, with a creative and persuasive approach to marketing copy.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other marketing performance tracking tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and strategies for campaigns.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
