We are looking for an execution-driven sales executive who understands productized services and can independently engage with international prospects. We want someone who actively prospects, outreach, follows up, and books conversations.
You will be responsible for generating pipeline, responding to inbound interest, nurturing leads and driving first-call conversions for our Engineering Pods division.
· Run daily outbound on LinkedIn and email using SmartLead, Apollo and other tools.
· Qualify inbound prospects and convert them into discovery calls.
· Tailor outreach messages using simple research on the company and business context.
· Maintain clean CRM updates and weekly reporting on pipeline health.
· Constantly optimise messaging and outreach angles based on response patterns.
· Follow up with prospects persistently using a multi-touch approach.
· Coordinate with delivery teams to prepare proposals, decks and follow-up content.
· Stay updated on Engineering Pods' value propositions and translate them into simple language.
· 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, SDR, BDR or international client engagement.
· Strong written communication.
· Comfortable working with US and EU time zones (asynchronously).
· Ability to self-start, self-manage and run outreach without daily supervision.
· High persistence and ownership mindset.
· Curious, coachable and willing to experiment with new outreach approaches.
· Good understanding of LinkedIn, email outreach best practices and basic CRM usage.
· 40 to 50 outbound touches per day (mix of LinkedIn + email).
· 8 to 12 qualified meetings booked per month.
· Clear improvement in response rates through better messaging.
· Weekly reporting discipline in place.
· Demonstrated ability to move prospects from cold to conversation.
