Business Development Representative

You will be joining our team as a Sales & Business Development Executive in Navi Mumbai. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You must possess the confidence to establish and maintain client connections effectively. Your main duties will include identifying and pursuing new business prospects through networking, cold calling, and market research. It will also involve lead generation, managing the entire sales process, fostering long-term client relationships, staying informed about industry trends, and delivering compelling sales presentations. Collaboration with internal teams to meet client requirements, preparation of sales reports, and achieving or surpassing sales targets will be part of your routine. Your qualifications should include a Mechanical Diploma, at least 3 years of sales or business development experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently on multiple projects. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, a willingness to travel as necessary, and a preference for English language skills are essential. Experience in industry-specific sales, strong negotiation skills, networking abilities, and strategic thinking are preferred skills that will be advantageous in this role.
