Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
• Generate leads and convert them into business
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
• Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications:

• Mechanical Diploma Holder
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Willingness to travel as needed and Visit Client Location Twicly a week
