Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MIS & Systems Developer with expertise in Advanced Excel,

Google Workspace, and automation tools to develop, maintain, and enhance our

management information systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in data

processing, custom function development, workflow automation, and scripting using

Deluge Editor. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a problem-solving

approach to streamline business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

•MIS Development & Management:

•Design and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and data models for various business

functions.

•Automate reporting processes and optimize data collection, transformation, and

visualization workflows.

•Excel & Google Workspace Automation:

•Develop and maintain complex formulas, advanced functions, and conditional

formatting for data analysis.

•Implement and troubleshoot LOOKUP functions (VLOOKUP , HLOOKUP , XLOOKUP ,

INDEX-MATCH, etc.) for data retrieval.

•Create and enhance Google Sheets and Excel Macros (VBA & Apps Script) for

automation.

•Design custom functions and scripts to improve efficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.

•System & Workflow Development:

•Develop and maintain custom business applications using Deluge Script (Zoho

Creator, Zoho Analytics, or similar platforms).

•Automate and integrate business processes using Google Apps Script, APIs, and third-

party automation tools.

•Ensure data integrity and security across MIS systems and applications.

•Support & Troubleshooting:

•Provide technical support for MIS-related issues and ensure smooth functioning of

automated systems.

•Collaborate with different teams to understand requirements and develop solutions

accordingly.

•Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and training materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•Technical Skills:

•Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Macros, VBA)

•Expertise in Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and Google Workspace automation

•Strong understanding of conditional formatting, data validation, and custom functions

•Experience in Deluge scripting (Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, etc.)

•Hands-on experience with API integrations and automation tools (Zapier, Power

Automate, etc.)

•Knowledge of database management and SQL is a plus.

•Soft Skills:

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

•Effective communication and collaboration skills

•Attention to detail and data accuracy

•Educational Background & Experience:

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT , Business Analytics, or related field.

•2+ years of experience in MIS development, automation, or systems development.

Preferred Certifications (Optional but a Plus):

•Microsoft Excel Expert Certification

•Google Workspace Certification

•Zoho Creator Certification

•SQL or Data Analytics Certification
