Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role, perfect for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to start their career in sales and business development. If you are passionate about technology, enjoy connecting with people, and want to learn how businesses grow, this role is for you!


This role requires the candidate to work on a hybrid model from our Chennai office (Perungudi).


Key Responsibilities:

·       Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

·       Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and maintain prospect databases.

·       Learn to effectively communicate Nishtech’s value proposition to prospects.

·       Schedule meetings and demos for Sales Leaders.

·       Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute outreach campaigns.

·       Track all outreach activities, lead details, and progress using Nishtech’s CRM (HubSpot).

·       Provide regular updates on lead status, meetings scheduled, and pipeline development.

·       Work towards achieving monthly goals for outreach, meetings booked, and lead qualification.


Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

·       Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Eagerness to learn about sales processes, technology, and digital solutions.

·       Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively.

·       Self-motivated, proactive, and a good team player.
