About MentorKart

MentorKart is a leading EdTech and talent solutions platform focused on skill development, employability, and bridging the gap between education and industry. We are now launching our C2H, RPO, and Staffing vertical to provide comprehensive recruitment and workforce solutions to our clients.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our newly launched C2H, RPO, and Staffing services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B sales within the recruitment or staffing industry and a strong network of HR decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

1) Identify, target, and onboard clients for C2H, RPO, and staffing requirements across sectors.

2) Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.

3) Create customized proposals and pitch MentorKart’s staffing services to CXOs, HR Heads, and decision-makers.

4) Negotiate contracts, service terms, and close business deals with clients.

5) Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction.

6) Stay updated with trends in the recruitment and staffing industry to advise clients effectively.

7) Coordinate with the internal delivery/recruitment teams to ensure seamless fulfillment of client requirements.

8) Maintain and update CRM regularly with client details, pipeline, and progress.

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of proven experience in business development for RPO/Staffing/C2H services.

* Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, contract hiring, and RPO delivery models.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Existing network in HR and recruitment decision-makers is a strong plus.

* Experience with CRM tools and basic knowledge of sales reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
