Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Represntative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will identify and generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our SaaS solutions to help drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, qualify, and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, social selling, and industry events.
· Understand client needs and deliver tailored presentations and product demos that highlight our SaaS solutions’ value proposition.
· Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM tools.
· Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in any field.
· 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on SaaS or software solutions.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
