Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Qualification Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound leads, outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and industry events. Leverage personal and industry contacts to build a high-quality sales pipeline. Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and move them through the sales funnel. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in business development or inside sales, preferably in SaaS, telecom, UCaaS, or CPaaS sectors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences. Proven ability to deliver professional online product demonstrations and virtual sales meetings. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools. Sound understanding of telecom/VoIP, cloud PBX, and SaaS concepts such as SIP, API integration, unified communications, and contact center solutions is a strong advantage.
