Automint is India’s first digital platform simplifying Smart Car & Device Leasing for employees — helping them save taxes, access premium products, and enjoy zero-hassle leasing. We partner with employers, leasing companies, and OEMs (like Apple, MG, Tata, BMW) to make salary-packaged leasing a mainstream employee benefit — at zero cost and liability to employers.

Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) who can identify, qualify, and engage potential employer partners (HR, CFO, Admin heads) to drive demos and onboarding opportunities for Automint.


You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects — combining smart outreach, storytelling, and empathy to build trust and spark interest in Automint’s value proposition.


Overall responsibilities will include: 

  • Identify and qualify potential employer leads through LinkedIn, databases, events, and referrals.
  • Initiate and manage outreach via calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn to schedule product demos.
  • Maintain and update lead trackers and CRM systems with all interactions and progress.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Conduct basic demos and follow-ups to ensure decision-makers are engaged.
  • Represent Automint at HR and startup events (online/offline) when required.
  • Gather market intelligence and feedback from employers to refine outreach messaging.


You should apply if

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales / business development (preferably HRTech, FinTech, SaaS, or employee benefits domain).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — especially in explaining financial or HR benefits in simple terms.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Highly driven, target-oriented, and structured in follow-ups.
  • Self-motivated with a startup mindset — able to work independently and take ownership.
