Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers in corporates, IT companies, IT parks, OEMs, manufacturing units, data centers, banks and industries.
  • Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Pitch services: E-waste recycling, ITAD, secure data destruction, reverse logistics, CSR/EPR support.
  • Set up meetings and site visits for the Sales Manager / field sales team.
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM and track pipeline progress.
  • Follow up with prospects consistently to move them toward closure.
  • Assist in proposal preparation, quotation confirmation and documentation when required.
  • Meet weekly/monthly lead, meeting and opportunity targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales / Business Development.
  • Experience in E-waste / ITAD / Electronics / IT / OEM / Sustainability / Facility Management / Industrial solutions preferred (not mandatory for motivated candidates).
  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory; Marathi advantage).
  • Confident in cold calling and corporate communication.
  • Comfortable using CRM, LinkedIn and basic MS Office/Excel.
