Rajshree Enterprises, established in 1996, is a trusted manufacturer of precision-engineered power transmission equipment and components, including shaft mounted gear units (SMSR/SMGU), hardened ground gears, worm gears, bevel gears, timing pulleys, chain sprockets, crane duty gearboxes, and more. We deliver quality, reliability, and innovation to industries such as cement, steel, crushers, rolling mills, food processing, tube mills, soap manufacturing, and cranes. We're expanding our outreach and seek a proactive part-timer to help identify and connect with potential clients.

Job Summary

We're looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Business Development Associate (fresher or with minimal experience) to focus on lead generation and market research. You'll source potential clients, gather contact details, and analyze competitor profiles to suggest enhancements to our product offerings and company profile. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn sales and business strategy in the industrial manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and source leads by researching companies in target industries (e.g., cement, steel, food processing, cranes) that could benefit from our power transmission products.
  • Collect email IDs, contact details, and company information for outreach, using online directories, LinkedIn, and other public resources.
  • Prepare lists of potential companies to send proposals, prioritizing those with needs for gears, gearboxes, pulleys, or related components.
  • Study competitor company profiles, websites, and product lines to identify gaps or opportunities.
  • Share insights on what we could add to our product portfolio (e.g., new gear types or accessories) as well as improvements to our services, branding, or overall company profile.
  • Assist in drafting initial outreach emails or proposals based on research findings.
  • Track and organize leads in simple tools like Excel or Google Sheets for follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine our market approach and contribute ideas for business growth.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Diploma holders with interest in sales are also encouraged).
  • Skills: Basic proficiency in online research tools (e.g., Google, LinkedIn), Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and email communication. Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho is a plus but not required—we'll train you.
  • Technical Knowledge: Interest in industrial products (e.g., gears, gearboxes) is beneficial; no prior expertise needed.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, self-motivation, and good written communication. Ability to work independently with part-time flexibility.
  • Other: Access to a computer and internet; eagerness to learn about B2B sales in manufacturing.
