Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Rajkot, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies for market expansion. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, networking, meeting with clients, managing sales pipelines, and preparing proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in market research and analysis
• Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
• Experience with ERP solutions, particularly within the education sector, is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
